I need a User Guide to figure out how to copy and scan a document on my MG3200 printer.

I'm having a problem copying and scanning on my new Canon MG3200 Series.  Can anyone tell me where I can find a user manual?

My Pixma MG3120 does not print, the print heads do not move, any suggestions?

My pictures are not printing.

My pictures are not printing.  I've updated printer and drivers.run maintenence tests.  Colors are printed from texts and black text was also printed.  Any thoughts?  Thank you for any help.

Canon 8800f scanner turns on but none of the scan buttons light up or work

I can't see a scanner board to ask this question but....I have used my scanner lightly for a few years now the on off switches on & the bed lights up to initiate start up but then none of the scan buttons work. Help have I got a dud now??
