Can't download a printer driver for a ImageClass MF4370dn into Windows 7.

I have resolved the problem.  After downloading, which seemed to take forever; nothing would tell me the download was complete.  I searched for anything 'canon' and ran 2  setup.exe files to load the toolbox and driver.  Any reason, nothing told me the downloads were complete?
