MP620 shows error code B200 whats this mean?

My MP490 goes through the process of printing, but there's never anything on the page. When I print a test page, it does the same thing. It seems like something simple, but I'm not able to resolve it.

MX 922 set it up with a router 2 computers. Windows 7 computer works fine; Windows 8 computer was working fine, but now only prints top inch of pg 1. Any suggestions?

MP510 magenta stopped working

I've done about 7 deep cleanings and 10 regular cleanings but the magenta STILL doesn't work. I"m thinking it just got totally plugged because the OTHER colors are losing ink from all of the cleanings, but the magenta ISNT... PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!...
