message that there is a paper jam, paper will not feed. no jam, never was. i've tried everything and the paper just won't feed more than an inch.

There is a greenish tint to my black and white photos, how can I make them a true black and white?

I have the Canon Pimxa ix6520 and when I print out my black and white photos they have a greenish tint to them. Is there a setting or something on the printer to make them a true black and white color?

MP 610. Prints generated heavy green cast. Fresh ink and run diagnostics. Ideas?

MP 610.  Recently prints  lean heavily to green cast.  Have replaced ink ans still get the lime green cast. Ran diagnostics ie head clean, alignment.  Any ideas?..................CTP
