Printer error message B200 on Pixima MPMP620B printer.

How do I fix this printer? I have already turned the printer off and unplugged it. Then plugged it back in and turned the printer back on. However error message and blinking light remain.

My MP490 goes through the process of printing, but there's never anything on the page. When I print a test page, it does the same thing. It seems like something simple, but I'm not able to resolve it.

MX 922 set it up with a router 2 computers. Windows 7 computer works fine; Windows 8 computer was working fine, but now only prints top inch of pg 1. Any suggestions?
