I am having trouble, lots, with my Canon Pixma MX860 Wireless Office All-in-One Printer. First of all, it quit printing and would just send blank paper through the machine. I found that one of the ink cartridges was empty and replaced it. It had not given me the message to change the ink cartridge. The machine then said the ink cartridge was still empty. I removed all the ink, lifted the cartridge holder, removed the print head holder and cleaned it. (I followed your instructions.) I then put everything back together. It worked. Now, however, I keep getting a paper jam just under the print head holder.
Please tell me what to do.
