have multipass/mp730 printer/fax.  alert light stays on-says wrong cartridge, changed them,cleaned head still on can't print

Hi lock,

 

Since changing the ink tanks and cleaning the print head did not resolve the error, please remove and reseat all of the ink tanks and the print head in the printer by following the steps at the link below:

 

MultiPASS MP730 Removing / Reseating the Ink Tanks and Print Head

 

Once the ink tanks and print head have been reseated, please turn off the printer, unplug the power cord and leave it out for at least 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on.  If the error persists, the printer will require servicing.  Please Contact Us for your servicing options.
