TS9520 ADF is not working

Not sure where to start with my problem, but after a software update to the printer, scanning via the ADP seems to be gone. Despite hearing a "beep" when loading paper into the Automatic Document Feeder, the feeder only scans via the flatbed. 

Also, before the update, the ADF continually sent and error for paper jam, but no paper was jammed.

Hi dcotelessa,

Let's attempt to make a copy using the ADF of your PIXMA TS9520.

Please follow these steps to do so:

1.  Turn your TS9520 on.

2.  Make sure paper is loaded to print on.

3.  Tap COPY on the Home screen of your TS9520.

4.  Tap Standard Copy.

5.  Load the original face up in the ADF (click here for how to do this).  Your TS9520 will beep once the original is inserted.

6.  Tap the Black Start button.
