Scanner does not work with clean install windows 8.1, Mx860

MX860 was working wirelessly through router for scanner and printing with notebook and windows 7 starter.  Built new computer, installed windows 8.1.  Can only scan by using usb cable.  How do I set up wirelessly to scan and print?

Image Class multifuntion Printer MF4150
