Why are the magenta and cyan cartridges used to print in grey scale? My Pixma 870 is drinking magenta and cyan cartridges even though I only print in grey scale. Thanks!Laura

MX 340 printer saying it is offline. I cannot print my documents.

Please give me a solution for Windows 8 and MX 340 printer saying it is offline every now and then. This has been persisting for about a year or more with this printer and if I cannot get it resolved, I'll need to find an alternative printer.
