How do I print in black ink without using colour ink on a CANON MG5560

error code 1007 on pixma mx926.

empty upper cassette error message 1007.  I dont want to print from upper cassette.  Cant access menu either on printer as error message is stuck there.  Please help.  there is paper in lower cassette.
