my mg2100 won't let me insert paper all the way in the paper tray.

My MG2100 printer won't pick up paper frm the paper tray...it seems like I cannot load the paper in all the way. I performed the roller cleaning proceedure, but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

My MX860 prints all colors except red. Changed cartridge. Cleaned printhead several times. Attempted to manually clean printhead. Replaced printhead. Still no joy.
