I have an Pixma MX882 with the Error U052 message and have tried all the solutions on this site to no avail! Any suggestions/solutions?

I called Canon support and followed their directions carefully but to no avail. I am very frustrated!!!!

I called Canon and a new print head is $89.90 +$7.00 shipping and can be ordered by calling 866-481-2569. I found their tech support was clueless!!!!
