My Canon MG6300 will not detect my laptop, i have both connected wirelessly to the same network, i've made it my homegroup, and it only lets me choose local usb which i can't find a usb port anywhere on it. I'm running windows 10, PLEASE HELP!

how to stop wide black line on left hand side

I have a Canon MG2520 and it suddenly started printing a wide black line on the left hand side when I try to copy something or print something.  How can I get rid of this?  I have checked my settings and have cleaned plate.
