Pixma MP 780 Print head jammed, not even a year old, useless, tried everything on youtube

Less than a year the printhead jammed. Physically unable to move it. Tried feeling with screwdriver for blockage as shown on youtube. Cost me £ hundreds, print heads cost 1.1/2 times more than the whole machine.
