Intendation/wheel marks appear on prints of new printer

Awaiting approval before being displayed publicly.
I purchased a new Canon PIXMA G4780 printer recently, but I am facing an issue from day one. It's been three days.
While printing photos on glossy photo paper, the prints show continuous vertical wheel/indentation marks from top to bottom. These marks are visible on both the front and back of the paper and are especially noticeable in light areas and when viewed under light. These are also visible while printing high quality pictures on plain paper.
I have already:
• Performed nozzle cleaning and maintenance
• Tried different print quality settings
• Enabled paper abrasion prevention
• Used kodak 180 gsm, and klik 180 gsm. (Higher gsm is not avaible near me. I may order it online but it will take time to get deluvered to me.)

Despite this, the indentation marks continue to appear on every photo print. What should I do? Is it natural for print to show such marks. I raised a complain to canon, and the engineer said that these marks appear on every photo print by any printer. Is it true?

No, roller marks do not appear on photo by every printer, that would not be acceptable by any photographer, such as myself. My Canon MG3620 does a fine job of printing up t0 8x10s on Canon Glossy paper. I do not use any other photo paper but Canon because less expensive paper will not print as well or correctly.

Recommended Paper Types

  • If third-party photo paper is used, try using either the 'Other Photo Paper' or 'Photo Paper Plus Glossy' Media type setting in the printer driver.

For the best print quality, Canon recommends the media listed below.

  • Plain paper (17 to 28 lbs)
  • Canon High Resolution Paper HR-101N
  • Canon Glossy Photo Paper GP-401
  • Canon Photo Paper Pro PR-101
  • Canon Photo Paper Plus Glossy PP-101
  • Photo Paper Plus Double Sided PP-101D
  • Canon Photo Paper Plus Semi-Gloss PS-101
  • Canon Matte Photo Paper MP-101
  • Canon Transparencies CF-102
  • Canon Photo Stickers PS-101
  • Envelopes
