No buttons working on PIXMA MX922

Hello all.  My MX922 printer prints pages just fine from the computer but recently all the buttons on the front panel stopped working.  Powers on and off OK and prints with the usual info on the screen.  Processing...Printing...Ink tank levels, etc.  When powered up the black and color Start buttons are lit up as well as the + and - lights, WiFi light, blue light on the Copy button and screen showing Standard Copy info.  Problem is, not a single button on the panel does anything except the power button which works as intended.  Anyone have any ideas?  Thanks.

Hi,

It sounds like an internal hardware issue with your MX922. Ithe printer is in its 1-year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

If the printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.

You can take advantage of this offer by calling the Canon Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 9pm EST excluding holidays.
