I have an MF656cdw and MX922. Both printed and scanned perfectly. Now 656 will not scan says not connected. The 922 scans fine. Worked with tech support, he deleted printer completely, had me download again, still not working. They say connection issue with wifi - cannot be that since the 922 scans. Have not moved either 656 or. 922 since purchase. Frustrated.

Greetings,
If both worked previously, what's changed?
What operating system version and build are you using the printers with?
Tell us about your wireless network? Brand and model of router, and any other details you feel might be relevant.
Do you have and 3rd party anti-virus installed?
What software / drivers did you install?
Please provide as much detail as possible. 🙂
