I am having issues with my PIXMA MG2522 when printing documents on blank sheets of paper.

 As you can see on the right, the coloring, layout and lettering aren't in the same position as the original page as pictured on the left. Maybe it has something to do with printing lined paper before I got around with blank paper? I even tried cleaning the nozzle in the paper, by basically pressing the stop button as instructed, so I need help here please!

Please use the steps HERE to print a nozzle check. Once it prints, please take a picture of it and attach it to your reply.
