Printer Paper Jam Issue ts3522

I removed a paper jam from the printer now it will not print. It keeps saying that the paper is not loaded into the tray correctly. I know that the paper is loading correctly. When I attempt to print the printer just makes noise and attempts to print. The paper never rolls down into the printer like it should. I hope I didn't ruin the printer trying to remove the paper jam. Please Please!!! Can someone help me!!

Hi,

I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer. If the error comes back, the printer will require service. 

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

I removed a paper jam from the printer now it will not print in black text, it does print black images, and prints color.  How can this be?  How to fix?????
