I have just spoken with tech support after all the tries and different attempts, but no solution. They suggested upgrading and buying a new printer. Wow, I should have seen that coming. There must be an internal clock device built in, so after so many hours of printing, the 6004 code displays. Printers are like a VHS/CD player; it needs to go away with something like cloud printing. Any other ideas out there? Please, let's do this together. $200 to replace this printer is only good for a limited time. I am getting older; let there be a way to fix this issue more economically.
