Hi all, I am in the middle of a rush print job and am experiencing intermittent buckling on a Canon PIXMA PRO-200S . I am printing on custom-size sheets measuring 4.125" × 5.375". Approximately every other or every third sheet develops a sharp buckle/crease during feeding, then continues through the printer and exits with a visible fold.
I have already:
• Run roller cleaning and all maintenance functions
• Tried multiple media type settings
• Reduced the paper stack size
• Tested with both Crane Lettra 80 lb Text and regular copy paper cut to the same size
The issue occurs with both paper types. The printer was purchased brand new about three months ago.
Has anyone experienced this with small custom sheet sizes on the PRO-200? Any advice, troubleshooting suggestions, or quick fixes would be greatly appreciated.
Photos attached. Thank you!

Thank you, Danny. I did search the knowledge base and have not found similar topics. My printer is registered; however Canon support is closed for the weekend, so hoping someone in the community may be able to provide assistance or guidance.
