Hello,
I am getting the sup0port code 6000 on my TS9521C. The printer thinks that there is a paper jam, but there is not. Now, I cannot clear the error code so I cannot initiate roller cleaning. Can anyone help?
I have another problem.... if it turns out that I need a repair, I cannot use the webpage to initiate the request. I had a replacement machine sent to me in January 2021. I don't have a 'CarePak' (because it is a replacement machine) and don't have the proof of purchase information (because I didn't purchase the machine...). I will need to talk to an actual person to sort this out yet I cannot find a phone number for support.
Help! If you have any solutions to either problem, I will be very grateful. I have an Etsy shop and will have to shut it down if I can't get my printer working.
Laura

Hi,
Please click HERE for the steps to remove the rear hatch of the printer to check for a paper jam inside the printer.
If there is no paper in the rear of the printer, you can try performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, the printer would need to be replaced. You can take the printer to any electronic repair shop in your area that services printers.
You would also qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.
If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 9pm EST excluding holidays.
