Just like another user complain the CanoScan LiDE 400 installer hangs.
Please fix this thing. I'm software engineer myself. Answers like:
- it works on my computer
- maybe Windows 11 is blocking communications with the hardware
- maybe plug/unplug USBs until it works
may be ok for a startup of 5 people, but for a corporations like Cannon it's kind of ridiculous... A software should never EVER:
- crash
- hang
- fail without proper error code that can be used to diagnose the issue
