I have a Vixia HF R700 video camera.  I like the editing and playback features that are in camera.  The screen on the camera is very small so is there a way to get these features for use on my PC when I download and play back the video from it?

Recording on HF R 700

can i record on HF R 700 , using a mixer , connect to a dvd burner via AV and show date/time?   as i see it ' once i show date time using " decoration" mode it shut off the mic input... 

Viewing on a TV while recording. Turn off icons.

Anyone found a flower/tulip filter than will fit the Vixia Hf G40?  The rectangular one limits the thickness of a filter you can put on and still use it.  Would like one like the one the HF G10 had.  Thanks
