VIXIA HF R700 Onboard mic problem

Hello,

I jsut got the VIXIA HF R700 from canons offical amazon page, and  the onboard mic makes a shutter sound. Almost like a flicker. It completly makes the audio unusable, 

I was wondering if anyone had the same problem and if there is a simple fix.
