VIXIA HF R100 SD card files nowhere to be found

hello I would like to ask a question

Recently I used canon VIXIA HF100 to film our school's football match, but when I try to transfer the files from the camera using the sd card the files are nowhere to be found. The storage and the sd card is seen in the file explorer but that content is not there. I currently tried the reply that you gave to an old problem but the files are still nowhere to be found. Thank you so much, I really need the files for tomorrow.

The camera has internal memory, and you can choose where to record to....internal or SD card.

If you don't have the user manual for the camera that tells how to change your choice, and how to view what you have recorded, download it and study it.
