Vixia HG20 wont focus
I reset the camera and everything works, but the it only focuses less than 2 feet away from something. Is there any fix for this??

Canon HF S20 resetting when battery or power is off
I have a canon HF s20. If the camera doesn’t have the power supply plugged in or a battery clip on, the settings are lost & goes back to it’s base settings. Is there a backup battery in the camera that holds the settings & if so is it replaceable?

Resolved! Canon G50 Custom Picture Unavailable
I downloaded and installed the new firmware version 1.0.1.0. I can see the "custom picture" option on page four of the camera setup menu, but it is greyed out. I am unable to select it and enable custom picture. Why is this? Is there any fix? Thanks!
