My Canon DC-20 camcorder (DVD-R recorder), got stuck and the eject button does not work. However, I could do all operations on the existing DVD via the screen on camera. Therefore it is not wrong loading of the DVD media. Please advise how to eject the stuck camera door. Is there any back door mechanisms like pin hole ejection in this device. Let me know I am trying to get this going to get all my recorded memories of DVD media to cloud.
Thanks for your help in advance,

Hello sureshtk,
Thank you for reaching out!
Please note that the DC20 was retired in 2010, and as a result, all official Canon support has ceased.
I did find this in the manual. If this doesn't resolve the issue, we do not have any other way to help.
