Canon Vixia HF-R600 Cannot set to 24P

Hi I have an R400 that records 24p in Cinema Mode without issues, but the R600 I've just bought seems unable to do so. I set it to MP4 17Mbps and Cinema Mode but it is still recording in 30fps. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
