I have been printing on the Pro10 since christmas. Always replaced with cannon ink. Today the printer stopped printing colors.
PC, Y, M, R and PM.
I have brand new ink in and ran the cleaning twice. Ink levels in these colors are showing as dropping but when I print a test page I still get nothing from PC, Y, M, R and PM.
I am printing from a new MacBook Pro with updated sofware and have the latest drivers and firmware on the printer.

I would agree with jrhoffman75, troubleshooting with our support group will be needed to narrow down the cause of your issues. Please contact our support group at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST(excluding holidays).
