Pixma Pro9000 not printing cmy colors

My Pixma Pro9000 stopped printing the CMY colors.  The cartridges are full, I did a cleaning and a deep cleaning.  There's no issue with the alignment.  Any suggestions?

Give Canon a call at 1-800-OK-CANON. Depending on what they say, ask about the loyalty program.

Any sort of repair, even a replacement head, will probably cost more than buying a Pixma Pro-100, which is the model that suprceded the Pro9000.

If you are in the US you can get a Pro-100 for ~$120. less than replacement ink cost for Pro9000.
