I get No Paper Error for both manual and back feed.
Tried 'helping' paper manually for both feed configurations. No avail.

Contacted customer service who recommended roller cleaning.
Roller cleaning resolved my problem. No paper error was misleading.

so how do I clean the rollers? I mean it is a brand new printer.

If you are still having a issue with the printer after you perform the roller cleaning, troubleshooting with our support group will be needed to narrow down the cause of your issues.
