My PRO 100 is no longer printing Magenta.  I've replaced the Cartrige twice I've cleaned the print head using all the techniques and solutions I've found on the Community to no avail. What could be the problem.

Welcome to the forum.

Are you saying that when you do a nozzle check the magenta channel doesn't print?

That is correct. That space on the nozzel check printout is color at all.
