Print head, on my Pro100, will not tilt forward for removal

Trying to install my PRO 100 to my network on T Mobile. I’m on preparation one before starting wireless connection set up. Make sure the printer is turned on. I have turned it on. However, the button below is blinking orange, 1234 times And The, Wi-Fi lamp, Blue is on solid.

I think I figured out the problem though. It was blinking orange, because my PRINT head was empty of ink. I now  installed brand, new ink tanks, and now the orange  light is blinking gain but  Five times now, which I have read  tells of problems with the PRINT HEAD. I have Read how to remove the print head so I could reset it. I have removed all the ink tanks. I have flipped the lock button on the right hand side all the way up, however, The, the PRINT head Will not tilt forward, so that I may remove it. It seems to be locked, solid. Any information on how to remove it.

I made the mistake of thinking the  gray lock arm was part of the Print Head. The print head is actually under the gray lock arm. you push the lever of the lock arm up and pull down the Black portion of the Head out.

Greetings,

The only step I didn't see was that you have to unplug the machine after the print head moves to the center position.  Remove tanks, unlock carrier and tilt the print head forward.  🙂
