PIXMA PRO-100 no longer connects to Wi-Fi network

My PRO100 no longer connects to Network no matter what I do. New provider, T-Mobile Gateway/router has no WPS button to push . I have a damaged LAN USB port that has broken socket.

Has anyone replaced the LAN USB cable socket on their Canon PRO-100  located right side rear corner of printer?  Does Canon have them for purchase or is a off the shelf usable?

Thanks in advance for any help , Mox

Hi MOX,

Please use the Canon PRINT app to connect your PRO-100 to your Wi-Fi.  Please note, if after following these steps you are unable to connect, the issue may be with the security on your TMobile device.  TMobile routers by default have WPA3 security enabled by default. The PRO100 is not compatible with WPA3.  Please contact TMobile support and have them disable WPA3 and enable WPA2. Once WPA2 is enabled, you will be able to connect.  Once your PRO-100 is connected, WPA3 can be enabled again.

To enable cableless setup on your printer, please perform the following:

1.  Please turn your PRO-100 on.

2.  Please press and hold the Wi-Fi button on your PIXMA PRO-100 until the power lamp flashes 2 times, then let it go.

The Wi-Fi light should be blinking on your printer.

Please follow the steps in the article below to complete the connection:

Some routers have a software WPS “ button”. Check the manual for the router.

having trouble when trying to set up printer, think I figured out the problem though. printer was blinking orange, because my PRINT head was empty of ink. I now installed brand, new ink tanks, and now the orange light is blinking gain but Five times now, which I have read tells of problems with the PRINT HEAD. I have Read how to remove the print head so I could reset it. I have removed all the ink tanks. I have flipped the lock button on the right hand side all the way up, however, The, the PRINT head Will not tilt forward, so that I may remove it. It seems to be locked, solid. Any information on how to remove it.
