PIXMA TR4500 IJ Network Scan doesn't work

Bought a new laptop with Windows 11. Downloaded the needed software thru Canon for my Pixma TR4500.  The printer works great but the Canon IJ Network Scan doesn't work.  I click the app and choose the printer but nothing happens after that.  Any suggestions?
