Is there a chart of Canon paper tones for black and white?

Back in the day you could get B&W papers that had different tones from cool (black) to warm (sepia).

I recently acquired a Pro 100 and made a B&W print using the supplied Pro Luster paper.  I’m printing with Lightroom Classic with LR handling the color control.  The print came out a nice B&W.  I wanted to try different settings and have a bunch of 4x6 Plus Glossy II so I used that and changed the ICC for the paper.  The prints came out with warm tones, almost sepia.  I cut one of the Luster sheets into 4x6 and printed that changing just the ICC and the prints came out a nice cool B&W.

Welcome to the forum.

I have never seen what you are looking for, but you could try selecting other glossy surface paper profiles and see if they give different results. Since you like Pro Luster results try that profile first.
