Canon Pro-10S Prints fraction of page and then throws an error 1000

Hi,

I have a problem with my Canon PRO-10S. Most of the time when I try to print a photo it stops during the process and shows error 1000 (Paper has run out) and then takes the next sheet and repeat the process. Usually, after 3-4 failed attempts it prints the whole image.

I using Windows version of Adobe Lightroom to print (borderless print, the page size is set to A4). The printer is connected through WiFi.

Any help will be appreciated.

Some thoughts:

1. WiFi signal intermittently weak

2. Roller cleaning needed.

Hi, thanks for answering.

I've tried to print from my Mac, also through WiFi and it works fine so WiFi signal can be rolled out.

Also any other problems with the printer, it seems that it's a software related issue.

I print to my Pro-100 from Lightroom from an iMac. No problems. I don’t print borderless or A4 though.

Maybe try using Canon Print Studio Pro?
