***please note I am NOT having a problem printing from my Windows 11 desktop***
I can, and have, printed multiple test pages to the MF269dw, successfully.
But when I try to print an envelope (COM10) from within Microsoft Word (latest version), no printing occurs...but there's no error message, either. Nor is a document shown as being stalled for some reason in the printer queue.
Instead, everything looks like the printing succeeded...except the printer never starts up and never displays an error message.
Suggestions?
