hello all,

I need your help, I recently bought a canon pro 200 and have been printing borderless a4s without a problem, but today I bought a set of Canson highgloss photo paper (A3+), and the resulting print comes up smaller than an a4 and with a tick black line at either side of the print ( that pools ink at the bottom of the line, there is also a weird striping on the print itself (that is very noticeable under a light)

I am printing from Lightroom with the following settings

IMG_3977.jpeg

media : photo paper plus’s glossy II a (there is no icc for this printer on Canson website)

paper size: A3+ 13”x19” borderless

1 inch border on each side ( that  the printer also doesn’t respect ( the black lines at the sides start almost at the edge of the paper)

does anyone have any idea of what might be going on and how to fixit?

Maybe the printer recognizes that the paper you selected doesn't come in A3+?

Try selecting "Other Glossy Photo Paper" profile and Platinum media type.
