Big Sur on Mac Pro and Print Studio Pro 2.2.5

Hi Forum

I have a Macbook Pro running Big Sur. I just upgraded it to Big Sur and upgraded my Print Studio Pro to version 2.2.5 after downloading it from the Canan Website. I'm using Photoshop 22.0.1, and now I get this error when I try to use Print Studio Pro:

What do you recommend I do to fix this?

thanks

Try this:

1. run the Plugin Installer in the Canon Utilities->Print Studio Pro folder.

2. I get an error message popup. Select "Next" in the popup.

3. Then I get a popup that has slections for Photoshop and Lightroom. Select photoshop 64bit and the slect Browse to go to the Ps Plugin folder.

4. Select that folder and then select Next.

Just off the phone to helpful Canon rep. Seems the download of PSP was corrupt. So removed it and then redownloaded and followed the advice you've given. Hope this will encourage other Mac M1 users with similar PSElements software.

I have the same problem on mac mini with the M1 chip.  I see that the print studio plugin is in the plugin folder, but it doesn't show up in the automate menu.

Give Canon a call at 1-800-OK-CANON.

Thanks.  I called Canon and tried their solutions, but that didn't work.  They said to try Adobe.

Copy that folder into the PS plugin folder.

When I checked PS that is exactly what my plugin looks like.

It looks like PSP got installed in your utilities folder rather than PS.

I would agree. If it is in the folder in Ps but doesn’t show up in the menu that would seem to be an Adobe problem.
