PIXMA G3670 Printer pausing and unable to delete queue

My PIXMA G3670 Printer is showing 'paused' and I am unable to delete the queue of 2 documents. I have re-set wi-fi connection, my laptop can 'see' my printer, my printer has been disconnected to the power etc etc etc. I have attempted to download and install print servers but the program can't recognise the printer. What have I forgotten?????

What operating system is your printer installed on? This is most likely an OS problem, Windows to be more specific,
