Hello, 

I am using Canon Pro4100 printer, and realized the misalignment of Magenta color. 

I have run both auto and manual the head alignment and it still persist.

anyone can help?

Hi

I am using canon pro4100, and recently realized the magenta color goer shadow around.

 Have done head cleaning, alignment many time, but it still occurred.

Anyone got any suggestions, I contact canon technical support, haven’t heard back

Based on the type of issue you're experiencing, I would recommend that you contact our Large Format Printer telephone support at 1-800-423-2366 (press option 1 then option 3 for Large Format Printers), Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays. I hope this is helpful.
