I am using Canon Pro4100 printer, and realized the misalignment of Magenta color. I have run both auto and manual the head alignment and it still persist.

I am using canon pro4100, and recently realized the magenta color goer shadow around.
Have done head cleaning, alignment many time, but it still occurred.
Anyone got any suggestions, I contact canon technical support, haven’t heard back
