Does anyone use Hahnemühle Photo Rag Duo 276 GSM using the Canon Prograf 1000?

I am experiencing issues where the ink is printing lower than it should be. When I print using plain paper, I do not have this issue. See photograph as test attached. The ICC profile is installed on the iMac and I can only use the manual back tray to print due to high density of paper.

I have performed print head alignment, nozzle and roller cleaning and have reinstalled all drivers. Any ideas what the problem could be? This issue is driving me up the wall and preventing me from running my small business  😟 !!
