Windows Server 2012r2 print server

I am troubleshooting an issue with Canon copiers not printing PDFs or Images from a 2012r2 print server. I have yet to figure out why they are unable to print these certain documents/images. Any advice?

Title pretty much sums it up. Client has requested that this device only prints faxes in black and white. I only have remote access to this printer currently, I could not find any settings that would allow for this. Any advice would be appreciated!
