My MG5220 is offline and won't print.
I know it is online because I printed something from my Mac, but for some reason the PC doesn't want to play. Please help.

canon pixma 5420 cloud print with chromebook and chrome osprinter shows as offline -change?
prints ok from mac, can put print into print queue shows as offline - no obvious way to get it online - other printers are shown as online which don;t understand as have not used these printers for some time and swithced off anyway.

Cannot install drivers for new MF4890dw. Please help
Please help. Cannot install drivers MF4890dw. Wireless connection. Drivers install fine and work for XP computer but main computer is Win 8.1 with error code 0x000000D followed by "Data is invalid". Been looking for solution over 1 month.
MX882 won't scan using wireless connection
HP Pavilion, Windows 7 system, MX882 will print using the wireless connection but I receive the error codes 5,156,61 when trying to scan using the wireless connection. This problem started about 3 weeks ago. I have reinstalled the print drivers.
