The print app will not print from my iPhone. Whenever I try to print, the app reports that it failed to communicate with the printer. The app shows that the printer is connected. I can scan using the app and I can print using apple’s AirPrint function. I tried removing and reinstalling the app. I also restarted the printer and my iPhone with the same result “failed to communicate with printer” error. See the error message below.
