I have been using wireless printing with the above printer for about a month now, from both a chromebook and a windows laptop. All of a sudden I cannot print from either computer now. I've done the online wireless check to no avail. The printer shows the wireless LAN is active and the wireless light glows on the printer. The IPv4 address is (supposedly) correct. I have printed out the network config page, but really don't know what most of it means. When I try to print from either of our laptops, the print page on the laptop shows the printer "offline". It used to be displayed in bold and show online; not anymore. Our modem shows that the printer is connected.
